Enjoy a bacon sandwich before your round and return for light snacks in the two bar areas, relaxing on one of our sumptuous leather sofas, or take a seat by the window and gaze out over the course and the surrounding parkland.
A spacious terrace with a seating and dining area overlooks the 18th green and immaculate putting and practice areas, making it a popular sun trap in the summer.
Our popular and spacious main bar is a favourite with members and visitors alike, and in the typical tradition of all 19th holes, you will hear the chatter of missed putts and the occasional hole in one. Snacks are available here, as well as a wide selection of quality drinks from the bar.
Celebrating Danny’s 2016 Masters win, the lounge is situated on the front of the clubhouse and features large bay windows offering views of the course and our historic beech tree. This room is particularly popular with weekend golfers who are able to watch live golf on Sky TV, catch up on other sports, or simply relax with a coffee or drink from the bar in comfortable surroundings.
Also recently refurbished, the Jack Hulley Lounge is the main function room available for hire for all occasions. Named after one of the club’s past presidents, the lounge is a spacious room with excellent views of the golf course and access to the patio. The room can be laid out and decorated as desired for your special event. It is capable of seating 75 people for dining, or for a civil wedding ceremony for example, with direct access to the main bar.
Named after the family that built and occupied the building which became our clubhouse, the Fullerton Room is ideal for any civil ceremonies, conferences and small events. It is capable of seating 50 people in a theatre-style setup and up to 30 diners for food.
